HDMI Based Production Monitoring System
HDMI or TV based systems are very popular nowadays.
These give flexibility of display options.
Production of various machines can be displayed on single or muliple TV screens.
The data fom proximity sensors, photo sensors, RS 485 or wireless sensors is logged into a data acquisition module (DAM).
Temperature, pressure, flowrate, energy, level, gases, etc can also be displayed.
Various sensors are connected through signal converters to the DAM.
The DAM is connected to a HDMI (TV) that displays the process inputs.
The screen is can be divided or split into rows and columns to simultaneosly display multiple inputs.
Data from PLC or dataloggers can also be displayed on HDMI.
SCADA charts for PLC can be displayed at various locations inside the factory.
The DAM can be programmed to display only critical parameters on TV screen.
Multiple machines can be connected to display machine wise production.
It can display the alarm conditions on production lines and material shortages.
