Working
- The data acquisition module (DAM) collects the start time and cycle stop time of machines.
- The cycle time is prefed along with the loading / unloading time.
- With a power analytical software this data is processed for calculations of total down time.
- Machine wise effective run hours are also calculated with this.
- The data also gives total production and time between 2 consecutive cycles.
