Diesel / Furnace Oil Flow Monitoring System

This unit is called data acquisition module(DAM). It monitors the flow rate and total consumption of a fuel.

The flowmeters which give outputs like of pulses, 4-20mA or RS485 are connected to the DAM.

Multiple flowmeters are connected to the DAM.

The data like flow rate and total consumption of each flow meter is stored in the DAM.

This data is available in real time.

This system is used to determine efficiency of oil / diesel fired furnaces and burners.
